This professional will be responsible for driving the innovation, development and commercialization of compliant, science-based, and consumer-relevant products. This role connects innovation, regulatory requirements, and execution by ensuring that new products and formula changes meet local regulations, align with business strategy, and are delivered on time. The role acts as a key bridge between cross-functional teams (Innovation, Marketing, Supply, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs), translating business needs into feasible, compliant solutions while enabling speed-to-market and minimizing regulatory risks.
